is ‘make
easier’,

and the noun when things become easier is called ‘facilitation’. Involving
all staff in our plans should
facilitate
the changes we need to make. As the chair of the meeting, I see my role as a facilitator, so I’ll be asking questions and inviting answers rather than giving my own opinions on the issues.
